Where are your supplements made?

We source the highest quality ingredients from around the world and manufacture our supplements in US facilities according to strict GMP standards to ensure all products meet a consistent high quality.

How can I be sure that your supplements are safe?

Quality and safety always come first at PilPals. All our supplements are GMP certified and third party lab tested for contaminants and/or heavy metals. For your peace of mind, certificates are available for perusal on request. Please contact us at hello@pilpals.com for more information.

Are your supplements suitable for vegans?

Are your supplements gluten, dairy and soy free?

Can I take supplements together?

Our supplements are designed to work together, however it's always a good idea to speak to your healthcare practitioner before making any dietary or lifestyle changes.

I entered the wrong address, can I change it?

Please triple check your address prior to completing checkout. Unfortunately if the order has already entered the system, there's nothing we can do about this. If you find an error immediately, please contact us asap at hello@pilpals.com

Do you ship internationally?

PilPals currently ships only in the US. We hope to expand soon!

Can I cancel or change my order after I place it?

We process orders as quickly as possible so you get your products on time. As a result we are unable to cancel or change the order before shipping.

Please take your time when placing your order. If you do require assistance with an error made with your order please contact us at hello@pilpals.com as soon as possible.

What's your return policy?

We honour returns or replacement in the event that your order arrived damaged, however we do not accept returns for a change of mind. A refund will be issued back to the original payment method once we confirm proof of damage on our end. See our return policy for more details.

What's your shipping timescales?

From when you place your order to when you receive it, its usually 3-8 business days. For full details check out our shipping policy.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is $9 for orders below $80 and FREE if you order $80+.
